While I love the thought of me getting 10 acres of land for a "recreational cabin" preferably to hunt moose or something in the interior, will I be able to afford good land? Will I be able to afford to get to it? What are the unintended consequences of putting public hands into private hands? And yes, there is a nice swamp by Skwentna.

I love Alaska shows, books, and hunting trips filmed by people who live in the Lower 48, but there is a lot that's missed. That's why I started this podcast in 2017 and why I wrote my book.
